Angie joined Rainey Law in July 2015. She has a particular interest in contractual issues and construction law.
Angie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Auckland in May 2015. In addition, she also holds a masters degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts from De La Salle University in Manila.
During her studies, Angie took up several law internships around Auckland to garner practical experience of legal work. Angie was a member of the Auckland University Law School’s Equal Justice Project, where she had an opportunity to volunteer at the Waitakere Community Law Centre.
Angie has worked for a large electricity generation company as an environmental law intern, where she was involved in drafting resource consent applications for renewable energy schemes and assisting with compliance management.
At Rainey Law, Angie is gaining experience in the field of litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. She aspires to be a great advocate in the future.
